Fat: 40.34g | Prot: 37.51g | Carb: 161.24g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Clover Honey, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Krydder Boller, Red Tomatoes, Black Olives, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
