Fat: 27.07g | Prot: 41.24g | Carb: 155.14g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch:  Onions, Chicken Breast, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Tea (Brewed), Krydder Boller, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Banana, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt.
