Fat: 34.15g | Prot: 27.66g | Carb: 151.71g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Onions, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Biscuit, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Milk.
