Fat: 26.99g | Prot: 29.53g | Carb: 173.88g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Broccoli, Onions, Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Banana, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Lowfat Plain Yoghurt.
