Lunch: Egg, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
