Fat: 30.53g | Prot: 80.61g | Carb: 223.30g.   Breakfast:  Apple Juice (Canned or Bottled) , Bananas , Bob's Red Mill organic golden flax seed meal, CFM Whey, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Frozen Strawberries, Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, POM, Steel Cut Oatmeal. Lunch:  Broccoli, Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread Original, Jicama, Leafy Green Romaine, Lemon Juice , oat bran muffin, Olive Oil , organic grilled chicken breast, pea pods, Tomatoes. Dinner:  duo, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Japanese Style Stir Fry Vegetables, mango, Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown, wonton wraps. Snacks/Other:  cantaloupe, mango, red grapes, Special K Savory Herb Crackers.
