Fat: 30.53g | Prot: 80.61g | Carb: 223.30g.   Breakfast:  Steel Cut Oatmeal, Apple Juice (Canned or Bottled) , Bananas , Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Frozen Strawberries, POM, Bob's Red Mill organic golden flax seed meal, CFM Whey. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Jicama, Olive Oil , Lemon Juice , Broccoli, pea pods, organic grilled chicken breast, Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread Original, oat bran muffin, Leafy Green Romaine. Dinner:  Japanese Style Stir Fry Vegetables, wonton wraps, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown, duo, mango. Snacks/Other:  red grapes, cantaloupe, mango, Special K Savory Herb Crackers.
