Fat: 49.00g | Prot: 36.33g | Carb: 135.08g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Onions, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Ice Cream Sandwich, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
