Fat: 49.00g | Prot: 36.33g | Carb: 135.08g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Chicken Breast, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Ice Cream Sandwich.
