Fat: 38.51g | Prot: 40.09g | Carb: 116.62g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Egg, Red Tomatoes, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts).
