this weight is after playing squash, however, decent weight loss after 2 days on just salads! might turn veggie! no booze either!

Fat: 47.96g | Prot: 54.86g | Carb: 72.28g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Corn Flakes. Lunch:  Sweet Red Peppers, Peppery Babyleaf Rocket Salad, Tuna Chunks in Brine, Free Range Eggs (Medium), Kidney Beans (Canned), Salad Cream, Cherry Tomatoes, Celery. Dinner:  Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Sundried Tomatoes, Avocados, Green Leaf Lettuce, Honey Mustard Dressing, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Houmous.
