Fat: 32.44g | Prot: 63.86g | Carb: 347.62g.   Breakfast:  Skim Chocolate Milk, plum jam, 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins. Lunch:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), peach, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Baked Zucchini Fritters, Ranch Salad Dressing, Barbeque Sauce (Low Sodium, Canned), Blackberry Cobbler, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner:  Strawberries, peaches, skim chocolate milk. Snacks/Other:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can).
