Fat: 32.44g | Prot: 63.86g | Carb: 347.62g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, plum jam, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Baked Zucchini Fritters, Barbeque Sauce (Low Sodium, Canned), Blackberry Cobbler, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, peach, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  peaches, skim chocolate milk, Strawberries. Snacks/Other:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can).
