Fat: 95.53g | Prot: 111.02g | Carb: 39.67g.   Breakfast:  Organic Brown Eggs, Grapefruit. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Cucumber, Tomato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Beef Steak, Romaine. Snacks/Other:  Cream (Half & Half), Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
