Fat: 34.33g | Prot: 40.21g | Carb: 151.95g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts).
