Fat: 114.81g | Prot: 142.92g | Carb: 258.54g.   Breakfast:  bagel thins, fat free cream cheese. Lunch:  beef stroganoff. Dinner:  chicken breast, corn muffin, corn on the cob, pork and beans, pork ribs, potato wedgs. Snacks/Other:  fun size snickers, potato chips.
