Lunch:  broccoli, Sunrise Energy Bars by Best Express Foods, Inc., tamale. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Raisins, cocktail peanuts, Organic Apple Slices (1 package), Traditional Caramels.
