Lunch:  french dip arbys. Dinner:  Flan, green beans, multigrain tilapia, parmesan bread papa johns. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Raisins, Nectarine, Sunrise Energy Bars by Best Express Foods, Inc., Traditional Caramels, Trail Mix.
