Fat: 54.24g | Prot: 84.44g | Carb: 177.38g.   Breakfast:  Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds, Margarine, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk. Lunch:  "Dirty", Smoked Turkey and Swiss Panini. Dinner:  Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice, Channa Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala with Cumin Flavored Basmati Rice, Curry Chicken Tenders, Frozen Palak Paneer, Red Table Wine, Tandoori Garlic Naan.
