Fat: 54.24g | Prot: 84.44g | Carb: 177.38g.   Breakfast:  Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Margarine. Lunch:  Smoked Turkey and Swiss Panini, "Dirty". Dinner:  Channa Masala, Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala with Cumin Flavored Basmati Rice, Frozen Palak Paneer, Tandoori Garlic Naan, Curry Chicken Tenders, Red Table Wine.
