Fat: 56.45g | Prot: 92.23g | Carb: 242.44g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Peanut Butter, Milk (Nonfat), Nonfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  All Fruit with Fiber - Seedless Blackberry, All Natural Multigrain 100% Whole Grain bread, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Grapes, Milk (Nonfat), Natural Peanut Butter. Dinner:  9 Grain Bread, All Fruit with Fiber - Raspberry, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Black Forest Ham, Butter, Feta Cheese, Light Mayonnaise, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Lollipop, Lowfat Frozen Yogurt.
