Fat: 78.61g | Prot: 85.59g | Carb: 195.33g.   Breakfast:  cream cheese, mango, THOMAS' mini bagel, walnuts. Lunch:  All Natural Egg Whites, Baby Spinach, Natural Mozzarella String Cheese, Organic Turkey Bacon. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Italian sausage, Mashed Potatoes (1/2 cup serving), Original Sausage Buns. Snacks/Other:  milk, pina colada, Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix.
