Fat: 35.08g | Prot: 41.34g | Carb: 165.62g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts, Grape Juice (without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled) . Lunch:  Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Black Olives. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Sultana Scones, Ice Cream Sandwich, Strawberries, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt.
