Fat: 24.75g | Prot: 56.25g | Carb: 144.99g.   Breakfast:  1% Low Fat Milk, 1% Low Fat Milk, Coffee, splenda, Toasted Whole Grain Oat Cereal. Lunch:  great value mac-n-cheese, great value whole wheat, hamburger . Dinner:  banquet turkey and gravy, great value broccoli, great value mashed potato. Snacks/Other:  dr. thunder, ice cream sandwhich vanilla great value.
