Fat: 34.50g | Prot: 41.74g | Carb: 113.85g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Clover Honey, Porridge. Dinner:  Mushrooms, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Sultana Scones, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
