Fat: 28.74g | Prot: 200.14g | Carb: 236.38g.   Breakfast:  almased, black tea, decaf coffee. Lunch:  Optima Shakes - French Vanilla, red delicious apple. Dinner:  Baby Bella Mushrooms, bing cherries, blueberries, Chicken Breast, chobi greek yogurt, Egg Beaters Egg Product Refrigerated Fat Free, Light String Cheese, Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Sweet Onions. Snacks/Other:  arnold wheat sandwich thin, chicken breast, popcorn.
