Lunch:  french bread, Panera dressing, Panera strawberry salad. Dinner:  Custard or Cream Filled Puff Pastry, Flank Steak, French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Tamale with Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Organic Apple Slices (1 package), The Original Gourmet Jelly Bean, Trail Mix.
