Fat: 91.44g | Prot: 179.04g | Carb: 408.34g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bagels, Fruit Salad, Ketchup, Singles American Cheese Slices, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch:  6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen), Rotisserie Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Dried Mango, NV SWEET AND SALTY ALMOND, Pineapple in Lime Gel.
