Fat: 69.53g | Prot: 74.69g | Carb: 237.92g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Butter , Bananas , Black Tea Bags, Deluxe Bagels - Plain. Lunch:  Dried Fig, Almonds , Chicken Leg, Baby Carrots , Nonfat Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  Crispy Fish Taco, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Beer.
