Fat: 25.53g | Prot: 33.63g | Carb: 151.81g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Nudlar, lobnobs. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Biscuit, Kiwi Fruit, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen).
