Fat: 25.53g | Prot: 33.63g | Carb: 151.81g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  lobnobs, Nudlar. Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Kiwi Fruit, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Milk.
