Dinner:  Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Milk.
