Fat: 94.56g | Prot: 82.56g | Carb: 225.42g.   Breakfast:  Plain Pancakes, Bananas, Peanut Butter, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Dinner:  Pork Spareribs, Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Cheese, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Nacho Cheese, Baked Beans with Pork (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Beer, Fruity Red Sangria.
