Lunch:  Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread, Sliced Smoked Gouda, Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Organic Wheat Loaf. Dinner:  Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, chipotle fettuccine, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) . Snacks/Other:  Multigrain Brown Rice Cakes , Green SuperFood Drink Powder, Natural Almond Butter - Creamy, Organic Roast Beef, Rice & Adzuki Bean Snack Chips, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Blueberries , Strawberries .
