Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread, Organic Wheat Loaf, Sliced Smoked Gouda. Dinner:  All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, chipotle fettuccine, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) . Snacks/Other:  Blueberries , Green SuperFood Drink Powder, Multigrain Brown Rice Cakes , Natural Almond Butter - Creamy, Organic Roast Beef, Rice & Adzuki Bean Snack Chips, Strawberries , Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
