Fat: 37.39g | Prot: 26.06g | Carb: 149.93g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts, Chunky Peanut Butter (without Salt). Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Onions , White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Broccoli , Raspberries. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Ice Creams, Biscuit.
