Lunch:  Butter Top Wheat Bread, California Avocados, Cheddar Cheese, Dong Won Tuna, Granny Smith Apples, Vitamin Water Power-c Dragonfruit. Dinner:  California Avocados, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chum Salmon, Cucumber (Peeled), Sour Dough Bread. Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Black Label Extra Low Sodium Bacon, Classic Cola (Stock & Family Fridge Pack), Cupcake with Icing, Egg White, Egg Yolk, Honey, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Tiramisu Cheesecake (7").
