Fat: 162.16g | Prot: 151.16g | Carb: 49.83g.   Breakfast:  cream, egg, cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, splenda, tazo awake hot tea. Lunch:  ground beef, egg, cream cheese, mozzarella, grated parmesan, garlic powder, chopped onion, spinach, classico sauce, amylu spinach burger, florida avocado. Dinner:  steak, zucchini, onion, ragu cheese sauce, zevia. Snacks/Other:  atkins day break chocolate shake, tums .
