Fat: 73.67g | Prot: 153.79g | Carb: 108.24g.   Breakfast:  bacon, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), cooked spinach, Heavenly Light Swiss Cheese, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Butter 100 Calorie Mini Bags. Lunch:  banana, Peanut Butter, Sugar Free Blueberry Preserves, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Cashew Nuts, Solid White Albacore in Water. Snacks/Other:  High Protein Chocolate Shake, protein shake, Super NOS Pump.
