Fat: 31.70g | Prot: 63.66g | Carb: 181.56g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries , Egg, Ketchup, Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles. Lunch:  Baked Tortilla Chips, Chicken Breast, Fat Free Raspberry Walnut Vinegarette, Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Salsa. Dinner:  12 Grain Bread, 37% Light Buttery Spread, Bananas, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Coconut Almond Fudge Ice Cream.
