Fat: 31.70g | Prot: 63.66g | Carb: 181.56g.   Breakfast:  Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles, Egg, Blueberries , Ketchup. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Fat Free Raspberry Walnut Vinegarette, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Baked Tortilla Chips, Salsa. Dinner:  Bananas, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), 12 Grain Bread, 37% Light Buttery Spread. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Coconut Almond Fudge Ice Cream.
