Fat: 29.12g | Prot: 21.85g | Carb: 127.29g.   Breakfast:  Chunky Peanut Butter (without Salt) , Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Ice Creams, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Milk, Raspberries.
