Fat: 20.05g | Prot: 50.28g | Carb: 225.59g.   Breakfast:  coffee, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, great value frozen raspberries, vi shape, white grape juice welch's. Lunch:  diced peaches, Traditional Recipes Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken & Broccoli. Dinner:  Low Fat Granola Cereal with Raisins, vi shape, white grape juice welch, whole frozen strawberries. Snacks/Other:  dubble bubble.
