Fat: 20.05g | Prot: 50.28g | Carb: 225.59g.   Breakfast:  vi shape, great value frozen raspberries, white grape juice welch's, coffee, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Traditional Recipes Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken & Broccoli, diced peaches. Dinner:  vi shape, white grape juice welch, whole frozen strawberries, Low Fat Granola Cereal with Raisins. Snacks/Other:  dubble bubble.
