Fat: 73.90g | Prot: 54.30g | Carb: 219.36g.   Breakfast:  Cran-Raspberry Juice Drink, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Mocha Frappuccino (9.5 oz). Lunch:  Alfajor, Boiled or Steamed Crayfish, Grape Tomatoes, Jambalaya, Polska Kielbasa, Spring Mix Salad Greens, Zesty Italian Dressing. Dinner:  Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled), Grape Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Raisins, cupcake with frosting.
