Fat: 63.27g | Prot: 65.75g | Carb: 283.56g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Mocha Frappuccino (9.5 oz), kraft caramel. Lunch:  fish taco baja fresh, black beans. Dinner:  Jambalaya, Polska Kielbasa, Boiled or Steamed Crayfish, Alfajor. Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Chocolate Covered Raisins, The Original Gourmet Jelly Bean, York Peppermint Pattie, Airhead, Frutigran cookies.
