Fat: 37.28g | Prot: 105.36g | Carb: 70.96g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Egg, Turkey Sausage Patties. Lunch:  Crème Poulet et Légumes, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Dinner:  Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Romaine Blend, Sugar Free Balsamic Vinaigrette, Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers, Vanilla Soy Slender Soy Milk, trim 360 berries 'n chocolate crunch cereal. Snacks/Other:  Original Beef Steak, Wonder Slim Caramel Butter Pecan.
