Fat: 53.45g | Prot: 87.23g | Carb: 165.84g.   Breakfast: Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, almonds, banana, coffee, frozen berries, half and half, milk, protein powder, sweet whey. Lunch: I can't believe its not butter, poached egg, wheat bread. Dinner: bell pepper, brown rice, cherry tomatoes, Chicken Stock, green string beans, peanut sauce, roast chicken. Snacks/Other: Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, raspberry fudgsicle weight watchers, Red Table Wine, Sea Salt Rice Chips.
