Fat: 90.63g | Prot: 95.92g | Carb: 180.75g.   Breakfast:  No Calorie Sweetener, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Coconut Milk, Jarlsberg Light Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese Slices, Asparagus. Lunch:  Red Wine Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Salad Greens, Tuna in Water (Canned), Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers. Dinner:  Cheese Filled Ravioli, Tomato Sauce, Italian Bread, Caesar Salad with Romaine. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream, Wafer or Cake Ice Cream Cone.
