Fat: 180.93g | Prot: 143.45g | Carb: 61.32g.   Breakfast:  butter, cinnamon, cream, cream cheese, egg, hot tea, Remoulade, splenda. Lunch:  butter, cabbage cooked, chicken, mayon, minced garlic, olive oil, onion, portabella mushrooms, salt, tomatoe paste, white eggplant, zevia. Dinner:  Caesar Salad Dressing, Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Outback Special (12 oz), Romaine Lettuce, Scallions or Spring Onions, Shrimp, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  egg yolk, heavy cream, lemon juice, pork cracklings, salt, splenda, sweet and low, vanilla.
