Fat: 180.93g | Prot: 143.45g | Carb: 61.32g.   Breakfast:  cream, egg, cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, splenda, hot tea, Remoulade. Lunch:  cabbage cooked, onion, portabella mushrooms, chicken, tomatoe paste, butter, white eggplant, mayon, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, zevia. Dinner:  Outback Special (12 oz), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Shrimp, Romaine Lettuce, Caesar Salad Dressing, Scallions or Spring Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  pork cracklings, lemon juice, sweet and low, heavy cream, egg yolk, salt, vanilla, splenda.
