Fat: 36.29g | Prot: 27.02g | Carb: 171.99g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, Lettuce, Black Olives. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Sultana Scones, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Banana, Milk, Biscuit, Pineapple Juice.
