Fat: 36.29g | Prot: 27.02g | Carb: 171.99g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Black Olives, Lettuce, Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Milk, Milk, Pineapple Juice, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Sultana Scones.
