Dinner: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Healthfull 10 Grain Bread, Romaine Blend, Sugar Free Balsamic Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other: Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seeds (Kernels, with Salt Added), Wonder Slim Caramel Butter Pecan.
