Fat: 37.10g | Prot: 80.42g | Carb: 93.81g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Soy Slender Soy Milk, wonder slim cinnamon crunch cereal. Lunch:  chicken salad, guacamole. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Healthfull 10 Grain Bread, Romaine Blend, Sugar Free Balsamic Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seeds (Kernels, with Salt Added), Wonder Slim Caramel Butter Pecan.
