Fat: 51.14g | Prot: 181.65g | Carb: 130.36g.   Breakfast:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, monster lo-carb. Lunch:  99% Fat Free Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cucumber, Light Options Raspberry Walnut Dressing, red bell pepper, sweet spring mix, tomato. Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), corn, french style green beans, white corn chips. Snacks/Other:  100 calorie fudge cookie, Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, water.
