Fat: 54.42g | Prot: 19.44g | Carb: 137.05g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cooked Carrots, Olive Oil, Onions, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  4 Finger Kit Kat, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk.
