Fat: 31.72g | Prot: 47.04g | Carb: 153.82g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Clover Honey, Porridge. Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Pineapple Juice.
