Fat: 43.29g | Prot: 94.41g | Carb: 243.03g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Links Sausage, honeydew, Land O Lakes(R) Half & Half Fat Free, pineapple, Plain French Toast, steel cut oatmeal, strawberries, syrup, watermelon. Lunch:  Apple Juice (Canned or Bottled) , Bananas , Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Frozen Strawberries, Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, POM, Vanilla Whey Protein. Dinner:  beef fried rice, crispy glass noodles, sesame chicken. Snacks/Other:  100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Duos, Whole Natural Almonds.
