Its good to be home, though I had a marvelous time on vacation. It will be even better when they find & deliver our luggage, lol!

Fat: 119.72g | Prot: 60.41g | Carb: 380.29g.   Breakfast:  melon, orange, half and half, Bananas, Strawberries. Lunch:  Pacific Cod, Cooked Fennel Bulb (Fat Added in Cooking), Petite Carrots, Grilled Asparagus (Side), Onions, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Baked), Butter Sauce, Pesto Sauce. Dinner:  dark chocolate with peppermint bar, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Soft Granola Bars. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Torte, Chocolate Sorbet, Chocolate Cookies, dark chocolate with peppermint bar.
