Fat: 105.16g | Prot: 131.42g | Carb: 193.76g.   Breakfast:  buffalo staker kfc. Lunch:  coleslaw kfc, double stack kfc. Dinner:  blue cheese dressing, brown rice, butter, green beans, olive oil, red pepper, reduced fat jimmy dean sausage, turkey bacon bits. Snacks/Other:  amped protein shake gnc strawberry, coke icee burger king, hillshire farm ham, milk 2%.
